■铸件均采用公司优质的树脂砂造型的特高强度铸铁，刚性好，稳定性强。底座床身一体式铸造加宽加长底座，45℃斜床身结构，具有较高的稳定性和吸震性能，采用对称性设计，导轨加大跨距，合理的导轨长度比例，优质铸件材质经振动时效处理消除铸件内应力，保证机器稳定性。

■系统采用高品质性能的新代系统，其便捷的操作极大地方便广大客户的使用要求。

■主轴部件采用套简式主轴，使用套简式主轴部件，可以在使用多年后有效的进行整体换装，减少维修时间，使得客户极大地有效使用设备进行生产。

■丝杆及预紧装置采用预拉丝杆和精密丝杆轴承，保证了产品尺寸精度，有效解决客户加工精度的要求。

■刀具系统采用刀架板排刀换刀方式及动力头刀具系统，可配置正向动力头和侧向动力头，一是动力头刀具系统及切削刀具灵活布置针对客户的不同需求可量身定制，二是缩短换刀时间，增加了客户生产效率。

■The   castings    are    made   of    high-quality    cast   iron   with    high    quality   resin sand,which    has    good    rigidity    and    strong    stability.The    base    bed    is integrally    cast    and    widened   and     extended.The    45°C    inclined    bed structure    has     high     stability     and     shock    absorption     performance.It    adopts symmetrical    design,the    guide    rail     increases     the     span,the     reasonable guide    rail    length     ratio,and    the   high     quality    casting    material    vibrates.The  aging   treatment    eliminates    the    internal   stress    of    the    casting   and   ensures  the    stability    of   the    machine.
